
Our new Track Order feature provides updates on when an order has been received, shipped and delivered. After placing an order online, visit the My Orders link beneath My Account to track your order status. (You must Sign in before this option is available.)
Order Received
If the Status of your order on the My Orders page shows Order Received, your order has been received and is being processed. A delivery time window is not currently available.
Estimated Delivery Time
On the day of your scheduled delivery, the Status of your order on the My Orders page will change to Shipped and Invoiced and an estimated time of arrival will be available.
To view this information, follow these simple steps:
- Sign in and select My Orders beneath the My Account link at the top of the page.
- Find the Order Number that you'd like to track.
- Click the blue Order Details button.
- Tracking information will be displayed with your order details below.
Note: Estimated delivery times may change due to weather, traffic and other unforeseeable conditions. Check back for your most current delivery time.

Delivered Notification
Once your order has been delivered, the Status of your order on the My Orders page will change to Delivered and the actual delivery date and time is available.
To view this information, follow these simple steps:
- Sign in and select My Orders beneath the My Account link at the top of the page.
- Find the Order Number that you'd like to track.
- Click the blue Order Details button.
- Delivery information will be displayed with your order details below.
